The New myPioneer Experience Is Here!

What to Expect

A new and improved version of myPioneer Online and Mobile Banking is here and we are excited to share it with you. The updated platforms make banking easier, more secure, and faster. The overall appearance of myPioneer has changed, along with some new features for you to use. Our goal is to create a more "WOW" online and mobile banking experience that is simple and easily accessible, so you can bank with Pioneer no matter where you are.

Accessing the new myPioneer

On a browser, use the myPioneer login button in the top right corner, and click on "New User" to get enrolled. If you want to enroll through the app, use the buttons below to visit your smartphones app store.

First Time Login Questions

Do I need to sign up for myPioneer again?

Yes, you will need to register as a new user in myPioneer once the change occurs. This will include creating a new User ID and password. You can try and register your old myPioneer username as your new User ID, but there is no guarantee it will be available.

Will my User ID and password change?

When the new myPioneer launches, you will need to make a new account. You get to choose your User ID and password to login.

What do I need to set up my account?

To set up your new myPioneer account, you'll need to provide your full name, SSN and date of birth.

Why do you need my Social Security Number?

We are using your SSN as a means to authenticate your identity and connect all of your Pioneer accounts to a single login. Any account attached to your SSN will now appear in your myPioneer, including business and youth accounts.

Will I need to redownload the myPioneer app?

Yes, we'll be replacing the old myPioneer Mobile app with a new one. You will need to delete the old app and install the new one to access your accounts.

Where is the verification code to create my new account?

Depending on where you sent your code, including your mobile phone or email, look there. If you can't find the code, look in the spam folder in your email, or see if you have any blocked calls or text messages on your phone.

Troubleshooting Questions

Why is the myPioneer app not working?

First, make sure you are using the new myPioneer Mobile app. If you don't have it, delete the old app and install the new one. If you do have the new app and it's still not working, try the following: completely close the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, and double check your username and password. These options are listed under the 'Need help logging in?" option in the mobile app.

Why is my myPioneer login not working anymore?

Did you sign up for a new myPioneer account after September 24? If not, create a new account to access myPioneer. If you have created a new account, click on "Forgot Password" or "Forgot User ID" to reset your password or User ID to get logged back in. If your account has been locked for too many login attempts, click on "Unlock Account." 

What browsers and OS support myPioneer?

myPioneer Online Banking supports all popular browsers including: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge, Safar and Firefox.

myPioneer Mobile Banking requires iOS version 13 and above. 

Android OS version 6 and above, or if using a Chrome browser on a mobile device, Chrome 90 or above,

myPioneer Transition Questions

When does the switch occur?

The new myPioneer will launch on September 25. myPioneer will be unavailable on September 24 and part of September 25.

Will there be downtime while you switch to the new myPioneer?

Yes, myPioneer will be unavailable on September 24 and part of September 25.

Can I keep using the old myPioneer?

No, we are transitioning to the new myPioneer Online and Mobile Banking, and the old version will not be available going forward.

Will my Bill Pay transfer over?

No, your current Bill Pay information will not be transferred over. Please re-enter your bills into the new myPioneer Bill Pay feature after the switch occurs. We encourage you to record your current Bill Pay Information as this information will not be accessible after the switch.

Where is Bill Pay located in the new myPioneer?

Bill Pay is now located under the Move Money tab.

When I pay someone by check through Bill Pay, will it still not come out of my account until that person cashes it?

No, as soon as you setup the payment, the funds will be withdrawn from your Pioneer account.

Can I video chat through the new myPioneer app?

Yes, you can utilize the myPioneer Personal Assistant video call feature within the new myPioneer app. To access the video call feature in the app, tap on the question mark in the top right corner of the app and select 'Chat with Us.' The current myPioneer Personal Assistant app will still be avaible for your use.

What's going to be different?

The whole look and feel of myPioneer will be changing. One of the biggest improvements is that you'll have access to view all of your Pioneer accounts under one login on both the desktop and mobile versions. Plus, joint owners will have individual login credentials and see the accounts their SSN is linked to.

myPioneer General Questions

How do I set my first screen when I login to the account screen?

On mobile, press and hold down the 'Accounts' button on the bottom screen menu. This will set it to be the first screen that opens when you log into your mobile app.

On desktop, select the 'Make this my Homescreen.' This can be selected for the Dashboard or the Accounts page to show as the first page shown on login.

What do I search for to find the new myPioneer app in any of the app stores?

Search for Pioneer Federal, Pioneer FCU, or Pioneer Federal Credit Union to locate the updated app.

Where is Bill Pay located now?

Click on the 'Move Money' tab to access Bill Pay.

I have two checking accounts displayed and I want to name them differently so I can easily identify them. How do I do that?

Click on the 'Accounts' tab. Then, when you see the account you want to change the name of, click the cog wheel icon on the right hand side.

You can rename your accounts on this page in the Account Name field.

I have an account I am not able to see. How can I add it to myPioneer?

In myPioneer Online Banking, click on Additional services, then 'Add Pioneer Account'.

In the myPioneer mobile app, click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner, select 'Accounts and Membership', go to 'Member Settings' at the top, and below that, click on 'Add Membership'.

Can I change the amount I wish to pay on my loans?

If you change the loan payment to “Regular Payment”, you can change the amount you pay. If you leave it as next due amount, it’ll default and not allow changes.
