I am trying to transfer money to another account, but I can't.

You can still make all your transfers within myPioneer. To do this, click on the "MoveMoney" tab in the blue bar, then choose "Make a Transfer". If you have not filled out our Intra-PFCU Transfer Fom, you will need to do so before you are able to transfer any money outside of your own accounts. Select the blue 'Secure Forms' tab from the top menu bar. Then select 'Set Up Intra-PFCU Transfer' from the drop down. Once the form is submitted, please allow 24 hours for access to be granted on your accounts. Pioneer FCU reserves the right to refuse to set up inter account transfers. If you are not a joint on both accounts, a PFCU rep may contact you for further verficiation.

Why is there a blank screen when I try to view my estatements?

The estatements will come up in a separate screen and many computers block it as a pop up until you accept it as a safe web link. You should see a paragraph introducing you to estatements and asking you to enroll in the program.

I forgot my username. How can I retrieve it?

1. You will need to go to the login page of myPioneer and click on "I can't access my account", located below the log in button.
2. Once the new page has popped up, click on the link to the right that reads "I forgot my username."
3. Then enter the email address that is on file. Your username will be delivered to you through your email that you provided.
NOTE: usernames can only be retrieved through email and not by phone.

I forgot my password. How do I reset the password?

1. You will need to go to the login page of myPioneer and click on "I can't access my account", located below the log in button.
2. Once the new page has popped up, enter the phone number associated to your internet banking profile, as well as your current username.
3. You will then be sent either a text message containing your password or a voice call, depending upon how you set up your preferences during your initial log in.
NOTE: Forgotten passwords can only be retrieved through phone and not by email.
