Pioneer Federal Credit Union is seeking an adventurous, creative, and open-minded Electronic Marketing & eServices Coordinator for our Administrative Office in Mountain Home.
The Electronic Marketing & eServices Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the credit unions electronic marketing channels, development of electronic and online products (mobile banking, home banking, website, etc), to include coordination of product research and development, and coordination of special projects all to support the credit union’s overall marketing strategies, strategic goals, and operations.
The ideal candidate will have two to five years of similar or related experience and hold a college degree in a related field.
The Electronic Marketing & eServices Coordinator will have knowledge of general marketing concepts, copy and layout, project management, basic HTML as needed, ability to follow detailed directions and simplify them for others using programs. Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pioneer Federal Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Member Service Representative/ Electronic Services Lead.
The ideal candidate will deliver “WOW” through exceptional service to members through electronic channels; explains and cross sells services or products, responds to problems, and directs queries to the appropriate areas. Assist members and non-members with electronic products or services; home banking, bill pay, Financial Institution to Financial Institution, loan inquiries, and report major problems to IT or appropriate department. Assist credit union with timely and accurate scanning and indexing of loan, membership, and other documents.
The Call Center Member Service Representative/ Electronic Service Lead will be responsible for assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions via the phone and internet. Performs specific assigned daily tasks and assists other personnel with a variety of duties as assigned. Ensure that members are promptly and professionally assisted at all times. Answers member questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. Properly maintains member accounts and actively cross sells Credit Union services in order to enhance our member’s financial future.
The Call Center Member Service Representative/ Electronic Service Lead will also assist the call center manager in meeting established goals for member service, sales, productivity and quality of work. Assists call center manager with coaching and performance reviews. Perform call center manager’s duties in their absence. Maintains knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and products.
The ideal candidate will have six months to two years of similar or related experience. Must have excellent grammar and punctuation; knowledge of office automation products, word processing, spreadsheet, e mail, personal computers, PC operating systems, and able to operate 10 key calculator. Must be able to build open and honest relationships with communication.

Pioneer Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative/Lending Specialist for our Twin Falls Branch.
The Member Service Representative is responsible for performing a broad variety of services related to savings, checking, certificates, IRA and all other products and services. Assists with loan processing, servicing, and new accounts as assigned. Cross-sells services and products. Interviews and takes applications for loans. Prepares loan applications for credit approval and disburses approved loans. Professionally assists and serves members.
The candidate will possess excellent public relations skills, knowledge of Credit Union services and products, organizational skills to ensure the proper recording and dissemination of required information. Efficiency and accuracy, as well as professionalism in communication are vital to the successful execution of this position.
