Loan Payment Options

Need to skip a payment? We’ve got you covered. With Skip-A-Pay, you can skip a payment on any eligible loan – online or from the palm of your hand! Follow the instructions below to find out how to skip a payment:

From the Pioneer Website: Once you have logged onto your myPioneer account online, click “Additional Services” and select the “Skip-A-Pay” tab. The status of eligibility or ineligibility will show up under the “Skip-A-Pay” tab.
From the Pioneer Mobile Banking App: Once you have logged in with your account details, navigate to the menu icon in the upper right corner your screen () and tap the “Skip-A-Pay” tab. The status of eligibility or ineligibility will show up under the “Skip-A-Pay” tab.

Skip-A-Pay

A $10.00 processing fee applies to all Quick Pay payments made by card. A $30 fee applies to Skip-A-Pay and must be paid from a Pioneer checking or savings account.

Make a payment to your Pioneer loan from another financial institution using your account. If you would like to use a debit card from a different institution, please use our Pay Online service. We will be adding this functionality to myPioneer in the future.

Log in to your myPioneer Online or Mobile Banking Account
Add and verify your external account under the "Add a Recipient" button in the Move Money Page. After the account has been verified with micro-deposits, this account will show as a source when making a payment on the Transfers screen.
Return to the Move Money page and then select "Pay a Pioneer Loan." Select your external account as the source account.
Select the loan you would like to make a payment for.
Enter the amount you wish to pay
Submit the payment.
