1. Eligibility: Pioneer Federal Credit Union is open to any natural person who is all of the following: 18 years of age or older. Meets Pioneer Federal Credit Union membership requirements and becomes a new member. Current members are also eligible to participate and refer a friend or family member to earn an entry for the giveaway. Employees of Pioneer Federal Credit Union, CLM, and their parent and affiliate companies a s well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. An affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and/or prize acceptance agreement may be required.

2. Sponsor and Administrator: Pioneer Federal Credit Union, 250 W. 3rd South, Mountain Home, Idaho 83647.

3. Timing: The giveaway begins on April 28th at 8AM Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) and ends on August 8th at 8AM MST (the “Promotion Period”). The administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry for this contest:

a. New Members: During the Promotion Period, visit any Pioneer Federal Credit Union branch and open a new membership account. You will be automatically entered into the drawing. If you were referred by an existing member, you will be asked to provide their full name and phone number at the time of account opening.

b. Current Members (Referrals): During the Promotion Period, refer a friend or family member to open a new membership account at any Pioneer Federal Credit Union branch. When the new member account is opened, a Member Service Representative (MSR) will complete a referral form on your behalf to ensure your entry is submitted. The referral will be required to give the MSR your full name and phone number for the entry form.

Limit: There is no limit of entries for how many times you have a friend or family member refer. For every friend or family member’s referral you add another entry if the friend and family sign up to become a new member. Multiple entrants are permitted by inquiring in any Pioneer Federal Credit Union branch. For current members, every friend or family member that becomes a new member adds another entry. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

For every entry submitted for this sweepstakes, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the rules of this contest.

5. Drawings: Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the giveaway and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. From all eligible entries received, the administrator will randomly select one potential winner from each of Pioneer Federal Credit Unions Branches on or around 4:00PM MST on August 8th. The potential winners will be notified via email or phone number. It is each entrant’s responsibility to set his or her account settings to accept contacts by Sponsor and to timely check his or her account for any messages. Sponsor, Administrator, and all giveaway entities are not responsible for failure of an entrant to contact Sponsor after being notified that he or she is a potential winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide any other requested information within twenty-four (24) hours, the potential winner forfeits his/her winner status.

6. Prizes: $1,000 prize will be awarded. The prize consists of $1,000 cash prize. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is limited solely to the items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include all other expenses, incidentals, taxes, or other costs that may arise out of the winner’s acceptance and use of any prize. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Pioneer Federal Credit Union may issue to the winner a 1099 IRS tax form for the value of the prize as stated in these Official Rules, and the winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

7. Intellectual Property: ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: If you are selected as a winner, your information and photo may also be included for marketing. These Official Rules, the Sponsor Site, and all other giveaway-related materials are protected by Sponsor’s copyrights. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

8. Release: By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Facebook, Instagram, X, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.

11. Disputes: These Official Rules are governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Idaho.
