Best Places to Work 2017

Pioneer FCU is honored to once again be named in the Top Ten Best Places to Work (BPTW) in Idaho! Employees attended the awards ceremony on April 13, 2017 to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of BPTW and to accept the award for the Sixth Best Place to Work in the Large Employees (100-249 employees) category. This is a jump from the honorable mention in 2016.

The BPTW program provides companies with detailed feedback from their employees which has been compared to benchmarks from the 60,000+ surveys collected to date. This data gives companies perspective on strengths and areas for improvement when it comes to providing a top-notch workplace.

"Our survey focus has always been to encourage full participation, share whatever is on your mind, tap into the valuable resources of everybody on this team, and then fine tune our game plan accordingly," said Curt Perry, President and CEO of Pioneer FCU. "When you are part of the PFCU team, we encourage you to use your voice, take ownership, and truly be a part of the team.

"We are listed in the Top Ten based on the fact that surveys just happen to be scored and ranked, but our focus is purely on the workplace itself. When it comes to being a top employer, you can't put the cart before the horse. We firmly believe that if you provide the right environment and create the right culture, success will be inevitable.

"The sky is the limit when you offer the right environment for team members, and they realize their input (whether it is positive or negative) truly is valuable. We are proud to be listed among the Top Ten employers, but knowing that you work at one of the Best Places to Work in Idaho is the true reward."

Pioneer Federal Credit Union has been serving South Western Idaho for over 60 years and strives to provide "WOW" service for all of our 50,000+ members in 14 branches. We are excited to be honored as a Top Ten Best Places to Work in Idaho and look forward to providing more opportunities for our employees.
