Pioneer Federal Credit Union is going through an exciting merger with Cornerstone Credit Union, and on November 30^th, all Cornerstone accounts will be officially converted to PFCU. We are excited for the future this union presents for our members and employees.

In order to complete this integration, there will be a short period of time when our systems will be unavailable. Our Caldwell and Intermountain Gas Branches will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, November 29^th and 30^th, in preparation for the event.

At 2 pm on Wednesday, November 30^th, all PFCU branches will be closing for the remainder of the day. myPioneer online and mobile banking will also be unavailable starting at 2 pm. During this time, we will be working to integrate all Cornerstone accounts to the PFCU core system.

We encourage Cornerstone members to get enough cash to cover the merger time frame by Sunday afternoon, November 27^th.

While our branches will be closing early, our Call Center Member Service Representatives will be available until 5 pm on November 30^th to answer any questions that may arise.
