With great sadness, Pioneer Federal Credit Union announces the death of Vice Chairman Delbert Paul Remaley, II. Paul passed away August 24, 2016 at the age of 70.

Paul served on Pioneer Federal Credit Union's Board of Directors from 2000 - 2016, serving as Chairman from 2004 - 2009 and 2011 - 2013. Most recently, Paul was serving as Pioneer's Vice Chairman.

Paul loved to be with his family, enjoyed the great outdoors, and never missed an opportunity to travel. This might be in an RV, driving a coach bus, or in a car. He was an avid camper and loved woodworking. He taught in the Twin Falls, Idaho School District for 35 years and touched the lives of numerous people throughout those years. He was also very active in the Filer United Methodist Church. Paul was a member of Twin Falls Masonic Lodge #45, Twin Falls Chapter #29, Order of the Eastern Star, Garnet Court Order of the Amaranth, and El Korah Shrine. Closest to his heart was his work with the Job's Daughters.

Paul is survived by his wife, Sue, mother, Letha, daughter Sherawn (Brian) Reberry; Boise, Idaho; sons Trey (Angie) Remaley, Wesley Chapel, Florida; Derek (Courtney) Remaley, Beckley, West Virginia, and five beautiful grandchildren: Kelsy (Chris) Skidmore, Elli Reberry, Tylah and Madison Remaley, and Eli Remaley. He is also survived by his siblings Paula (Sean) von Lindern, Boise, Idaho; Wesley (Benita) Remaley, Jerome, Idaho; and Philip (Sonja) Remaley, Yerington, Nevada. His father Rev. Delbert Paul Remaley preceded him in death in 2010.

We thank Paul for his 16 years of service to the employees and members of Pioneer Federal Credit Union. We will remember him for his infectious laugh and the ability to make everyone around him feel important and cared for. We will miss you!
