Pioneer Breaks Ground for New Administration Building

rendering of the new Pioneer headquartersMountain Home, ID – Pioneer Federal Credit Union will break ground for their new Administration Building in Mountain Home, Idaho with a ceremony on Friday, August 23rd at 10:30 a.m. which the community is invited to attend. The new building will be an addition to the current Administration Building and Main Branch.

The campus will incorporate a multi-level building with employee amenities proposed to include dedicated rooms for nursing mothers, an onsite gym to promote healthy lifestyles, and a large break room/outdoor café with an employee courtyard.

Pioneer will integrate its community-minded focus with a community room which will provide much-needed gathering space for organizations in Mountain Home. Renovations to the existing branch and administrative offices are projected to begin with the second phase of the project in 2020.

This expansion reaffirms Pioneer’s commitment to Mountain Home which dates back to 1954. It also reflects the desire to expand its work force as an employer of choice in Mountain Home for years to come.

Pioneer has 14 branches in Southwestern Idaho serving more than 50,000 members. They employ 170 team members and have over $500 million in assets. Pioneer’s asset size places them among the top 10% of 5,600 credit unions across the nation.
