Changes to the Pioneer Phone System

Recently, Pioneer has made some improvements to the phone system used when members call in. The updates will assist us in providing more efficient service to our members. You’ll want to listen carefully to the new menu as the options have changed.

The New Phone Tree is:
 

  • For Spanish, please press 7
  • If you know your parties extension or would like our company directory, press 8
  • To access Telephone Teller for automated account information, press 1
  • For technical assistance with Pioneer’s online or mobile banking, bill pay, or mobile check deposit, press 2
  • If you have questions or need assistance with your debit or credit cards, press 3
  • For status on an application or to apply for a credit card, personal, auto, or home equity loan, press 4
  • To speak with a Pioneer team member, please remain on the line or press 5
  • For branch locations and hours, press 6
