It’s the season of being thankful, and we at Pioneer have a lot to give thanks for this year. With a busy year behind us, we wanted to share with all of you what has been happening and the amazing things we’ve seen.
Supporting Charities through Summer of 65
This year we celebrated 65 years in business with our Summer of 65. It was a great event with tons of giveaways, super fun Branch Bashes, and we were able to give $65 to members who opened up a new Rewards checking account. Alongside that, everytime a new checking account was opened, we donated $65 to a local non-profit organization.
Because of our awesome members, we were able to donate a grand total of $81,770 to five different organizations. We are so thankful for this great opportunity to give back to our communities and the members that made it possible. Visit our page to learn more about the organizations and our giveback.
Breaking Ground on our New Headquarters
In recent years, Pioneer has grown so much and, because of that, we are in need of a new headquarters building. We’ve chosen to build our new headquarters in Mountain Home because we love the community so much!
In August of this year, we broke ground for the new headquarters and have been working on it ever since. If you want to learn more about the headquarters, visit our blog post to read all about it. We are so grateful to all of our members supporting us through the years and team members who work hard so we can be as successful as we have been.
Our Great Team Members
The team at Pioneer is one of a kind! We’ve got some of the kindest, friendliest, and hard working team members around and we are so incredibly proud of them! Time and time again they provide great service to our members and to each other.
Not only are they great at work, they spend a lot of time giving back to the community! Pioneer team members have volunteered a total 2,173 hours in 2019. We are so proud of all they do for our communities and members.
Holly Street Branch Opening
To better serve our members, we’ve opened a new branch in Nampa off of Holly Street! It’s extra convenient for those in the area and comes with some extra perks! It has extra space that’s great for people looking for a place to study from, a community room people can utilize for meetings and get together, and a very convenient locations. Plus, we have Personal Teller Machines both in the drive up and in the branch for quick transactions. If you’re in the area, stop by and see it!
Seeing our Communities Support Each Other
Many times throughout the year, we’ve been able to witness the kindness of our communities and how they come together to support one another. From building beds for children, raking up leaves for others, and raising money to help make everybody’s holiday season special.
We are so incredibly grateful for how amazing our many communities are and how far they go to help others.
